yes,I really appreciate the public demonstrators.Personally,i really hate the cooruppted system and the non-transparent governement in nepal. However journalist try to light on the scenerio of the fact, then they are arrested. It is totally unfair and illegally in international way too.In fact, government structure as a whole is only running for piece meal, and public is victim for that.Where is not freedom to speak and write, means king wants to make all dump and rule over there.
There is still other hidden part, who are taking benefits from the fight between the king and public, earning the position from this situation,so it;s really needs to think by king being on 21st century.Person have to change through the time for the positiveness.

I can feel how desperate people are to re-establish democracy in the country, whether it is for youths or the elders.

Especially todays photographs are quite inspiring to draw people out and to strengthen the momentum that we have now.

I strongly believe that the momemtum is right in our hand and there’s smell of democracy in the breeze that blows in the country.

    * We don’t need king anymore. He doesn’t seem to be a problem solver.
    * IMPORTANT THING: While people are actively participating in the protests, they should take this opportunity to threat the politicians who keep conducting “bandhs”. We should say NO to unreasonable bandhs in the future.

All these bad things are the most responsible people in Nepali Government Officers, Nepali Corporation officers and 7 Nepali political parties leaders and members.

I am not a fan of the king, but I just think the last thing this andolan would do is restore power in hands of Girja or Madhav or Prachanda/Baburam. We’ve seen Girja and Madhav’s ‘kursi moha’ from 046 till king seized power and the latter’s ruthlessness via the 13000 deaths for 10 yr long mao war. These people are also responsible for making Nepal a country heading towards being a failed state, not only the King.

If they, (GMPB) are wise and care for Nepalese people, they should start talk ASAP with the King without provoking the really really straight Nepalese and take advantage from them. Nepalese tend to believe all the lies being told and run after …. without thinking….GORKHALI BANI !! The only people I saw in front row are teens, unemployed ones and women NOT GMPB !! Some of they might have gone to protest so that they would not have to pay ‘Jariwana’, most might have been forces. Yes, i do agree we lack freedom and we lack democracy but its not right way to bring it in. Life of people doesn’t determine the risk that we take for other’s benefits. So if i were you i would give time to state and king to think and rethink and bring changes in country. At this point of time, while country’s been badly injured by civil war, we should be back bone of country’s brave soldiers.

i appreciate the photographer much. And in fact i appreciate all the people of Nepal who want the total democracy. I express my full support and solidarity on the ongoing protests. The royal proclamtion of 21 April is nothing than a conspiracy. so, i suggest and opine that the ongoing protest should be continued unless the king agrees to stay as powerless(=zero power, like in the UK or Japan) or is out of throne. lets not give up.
With full support from all the nepalese students in Hangzhou, China.

After 22nd April 2006 announcement made by the king, SPA should resolute towards peaceful sattlement. Now the responsibility has come to them, if they don’t do something in time; Uncontrolled and undestent movement as it has been encreased on recent days will certainly turmail the country towards undecided end. They immedietely should see a definate gateway and track the movement as objected. This is one of the gateways which they should use positively. The king insome extend has dared to reactify his mistaken infront of the people. The parties had also some mistakens before which they cunfaced with the people and in result, they are now gaining peopl’s support. They should see their back and move ahead for the sake of country. If and otherwise none of them (Pol-paties and king) will not be left off in the miss happen of the days to come.

i am being greatly astonished that all of my coutries people have more eager to go against the king. but one think we all should remember that after getting democracy also only a limited person be facilitate because of these nepotism and corruption. so best effort our people should made is to choose the appropriate leaders for the potential benifit. beware that same story of leaders will not repeat again.

these photos give another vision of nepalese women as uncontournable part of the nepalese plitics and their active and passionate participation is appreciable.a part from this i see the nepalese living in west or living in nepal have a tradition to critic without any fondamental base(without giving the reasons),and have the belief in faith, the fatalist vision of world which i think, needs to be put in question individually for the development of another way to think which need not be conventionel.

Politics is a bad game leaders may compermise with king but the freedom which he want to give is not sufficient for the development for our country .So keep it up until we let our mother free unil she tell us that “ok my son and daughter i am free”

Namaste to all those who view this website. As we are Nepali we must keep warning to our National leaders who seem aware but do not aware of Nepal and Nepali. Actually, they have been awared for the personal stomack & chair in the name of Nepal and Nepali instead of progressive in peace in the country. All the leaders are so fearful with Maoist, King and India. They seem more afraied of King and India than Maoist. So they don’t care of what Maoist demanded and insisting that king should be there atlist ceremonial. It seems only PM Koirala but almost all ministers are supporting PM Koirala. If only PM Koirala insisting, I don’t think it could become such big issue.
Actually, Those all parlaiment people do not care of Nepal and Nepali rather want violence and killing all the people because they and their family will not die but all poor and village people will die in the name of nepal and nepali. It was proven by Last April Jana andolan. Now, all the Nepali, all the villagers I strongly warn you, do not follow your leader! Your leader does not want to see your future and prosperity rather wants your life to death. Your leaders are devil who do not want to see your success and living peacefully. They just want to buy you in few rubees and make their slaves and finally put to death in the streat in the name of Loktandra. It is shameful brothers and sisters. “Devil never die for the good but good people die for the bad.” So, if you want to die, die for your family and nations but do not die for the corrupted and devil leaders who are good for nothing. If it is possible seize all those who say I am Leader and let them die for the nation and establish Loktandra in Nepal. If not better to hand over all the power to the high school students. They might be better than them. This country is belong to us not for the Political leaders. If it is belong to them also they could have done something better for the nations and establish peace, industry where people can work and no need to send other country and die there. We need to remove all corrupted leaders from the parliament and transform to new generation. Not even to Maoist. They are not better than Parliament leaders. If Maoist rule in the nation, all people will suffer with hunger and torture. Be careful to choose and follow the way of game (politics), which way you choose can put you to “grave consequences”.
Only changing mind does not work but need to change Heart also. We need fully transformation with good in order to do good. Dear friends, do not take lightly this message but think again and again. Let the light of peace and properity shine in Nepal and among Nepali. Your Fellow Nepali
    Cop. Jit Ghale

You positively know the best way to carry a problem to gentle and make it important. Extra people need to read this and perceive this side of the story. I cant imagine youre no more widespread since you definitely have the gift.
