    One more comment–
Those who do not like to see the pictures of democratic movement may refrain from seeing it, no one has pressured them to see the pictures. Imagine how difficultly people are fighting, you are enjoying peace in foreign land and don’t like to see these pictures.

What would you do? You would stoop in front of the autocrats if you had not left motherland.

If you are justifying this movement referring some historic one, you might want to go back to barbarian age also, when everything use to be deternined by blood shed. Mr. ” Destruction” the word itself can not be justified in any era. This is a 21st century .mate.. wakeup..the whole world is watching this “jungalee” para of political parties. The point here is to move towards peaceful solution. Unfurtunately we don’t have any leader who has some sort of vision. Remember what BP did..congress forgot him also..remember what Madhan Bhandari used to do..UML forgot that also. Thats why actual people are so indifferent to this whole so called movement. That’s why even after three years I could hardly see the real people but underaged fanatics.

Where are all the politicians? I only see those uneducated, illiterate people who dance around for money– on the street. Where is Ma Ku Ne (MAdav Kumar Nepal? Where is our bakkulla (Girija)? Where is Bam? They are all in thier borrows.. hidden like a rats. If they are really fighting for “democracy” they should be the ones on the street.. not those people bought with a dollar.

In one side, it’s good to see the live pictures of current events from our country and in the other hand it’s disappointing to see the chaos, devastation and destructions. It would be good if any demonstration was peaceful. All parties need a municipality building, a post office and a telephone exchange. Why to destroy them now only because you are not in power?

    May peace prevail!

It is strange to see so many comments here in this blog that are directed towards criticising the public aggression in Nepal as a bunch of hooligans’ work, being manipulated by the selfish leaders, breaking the infrastructure and so on. Funny how all these comments are coming from all the great intelligent nepalese “WHO DO NOT LIVE IN NEPAL”. I’d like to say to all of you who are judging these people in the pictures who are fighting for a democratic system in the country from the comfort of your couches in some country, just not Nepal, to shut up….you have found the comfort elsewhere, you don’t need to go through what people in Nepal are going through with the autocratic regime, but at least show some courtesy and respect to the people who are fighting for a free nation.

    Mr. Beck Bhattarai,

Haaaa….from Bibek to Beck….seems like you have knack for taking shortcuts. Maybe you should do some further readings and see that the leaders are either arrested, under house arrest, or under ground mobilizing the people. Perhaps you should do some research on how the movement works. AND by the way, do you have some supernatural power of talking with the pictures so that it can tell you that the people you saw are uneducated and illiterate??? I pity Nepalese like you who are so prejudiced, think so highly of themselves only, YET does not do anything for the country and keep criticising those who at least try to.

Well…its really sad to see all these things going on in Nepal….one thing that I really dont understand is that…why are nepali citizens destroying the things that they would eventually need later on…in some point of their life?? And moreover I think since most of these protestors are students….don’t they realise that this is the time where they should be focusing more in their studies than listening to these leaders…..whom Im sure..would not dare to come out to protest…n hurt themseves….Personally, I really don’t think Democracy could be restored this way!! No way!!

Seven party allience is makig great success so far which everybody can understand seeing above pictures on the site. But it is obsolutely nonesense and rediculous to make negative comments staying in abroad about demonstrations and showdowns here in Nepal. If you guys are concerned about future of Nepal, than back home immediately and make an effort to revive peace and democracy forever in own motherland. If you are staying there illegally, go to the migration office and see officers they will defenately let you to back in Nepal. ACHANO KO PEER KHUKURILAI KE THAHA CHHA ? aandolan(i think that means peace movement) is the only way to break down the cruel and mentally sick government n monarchy.
what the people living in abroad mainly states (USA) must be aware that country is going downwards economically , poltically, socially and mostly in all forms.
king is doing correct, how can you prove that?

mobile banda huncha- santi ko nauma

VAT ani petrolium ko rate badcha-santi kasi nau ma.
dherai nepali marinchan-santi kai nam ma

bato ma checking huncha-santi kai nam ma

press lai daman garincha-santi kai nam ma

mantri ra army ko kharcha baDcha -santi kai nam ma
kina manche marne chai ghatdaina- santi kai nam ma.
the people in the government don’t care about these facts.

and the pepole living abroad say “nepal is in wrong track”
try to go deep thru the villages of nepal ,

you can know different story in each house.

the government is no were close to peace.
i was shocked and depressed by LAKPA SONAM (USA) comments

i suggest him n live in nepal 4 few weeks.

I feel sorry for my poor mother “Nepal”. How unfoutunate she is to see all these nonsense, so called general strike. Breaking up the telephone booths…destroying public properties..closing the schools….who is loosing after all..? Most of the participating people even dont know what the situation is and what are they fighting for. There are just being playing by the dirty politicians. They dont know this so called politicians are going to suck them once they get into power. If you guys dont believe me….ask yourself a quesion..what happend when we got democracy after 2045 general strike..???? Those politician always fought themselves to get into power and earn enough money to feed their seven generations. None of them came up with mind and soul to thik about our country. I strongly dont think this strike has any weight…it just a way of showing our stupidity….If those politiicans were really worried about my country, they could put effort and support ignoring who ever is in the power..
I feel so sorry…….May god Pashupati Nath bless my Nepal..Please Pashupati Nath help save my country form those politicial demons…We all beg you…

Photographs tell the reality of Nepal. People are in favour of this movement. We all say œdown with autocracy
I cant help those who simply try to see things destroyed on the surface. Well destruction is bad. But put it in a context. Perhaps, you are seeing things from your emotional, socio-economic class and psychological eyes.
Why do you think average Nepali are lagging behind? Why do you think development in Nepal is not taking place beside the œKind ¦ rule of 240 years? Don™t be emotional guys. Perhaps, you were educated in city schools and haven™t seen what actaul Nepal looks like. Why do you talk about Girija only? How about your father/brother/relatives who work in ¦? Better to reflect upon self¦
Democracy gets its actual shape in cultural grounds. Rather than commiting to build the culture, how come you support the autocratic regime?
    Be enlightened with the photographs

    Mr/Ms. Nam
Well…the first thing that I want to say is that…yes, we completely agree that we are not in Nepal and that we dont have to face all the circumstances that the people in Nepal are being forced to face right now. But dont you think all these riots going on right now..are self created by these protestors and the leaders?? And all these students….who are fighting for restoration of Democracy, which I support from heart and soul and respect them, but even if they succeed,do they even realise that later all these power would be AGAIN taken over by these politicians like Girija and Deuba…who had been proved to be involved in all these corruption????????
And about people like us, who are out of Nepal, and whom you believe that we are judging all these people from the comfortable couches of ours, I find it funny in your case too coz thats exactly what you are doing as well……I mean you are doing the same thing ..judging our comments, sitting in one of your comfortable couch. Serioulsy…I really want to know as well about what you have done for our Nepal??? If you would have been doing something , you would not have had time to go through the site and criticise the comments of other people right??…. So, I think even you should think about it!!

The post made by me, few hours before was simply removed, author is so afraid of bitter truth that, he even don™t bother to edit and post, but simply removed it.
